Tanjung Batikolo wildlife reserve has flat topography to mountainous with 15-45% slopes. Type of soil in this region is podzolic, brown and yellowish-red (Southeast Sulawesi provincial land map). Based on The 1: 500,000 Theme maps of Intag Center P and P of Southeast Sulawesi Province, the type of rocks in the wildlife reserve of Batikolo Peninsula is an indistinguishable meozoic type.
