Note | Madapangga Nature Park has been designated based on the Agreement of Forest of Agreement and has been set up the boundary (Minutes of Functional Boundary Function, dated 12 January 1995) and reinforced by the Decree of the Minister of Forestry and Plantation No. 418 / Kpts-II / 1999, dated June 15, 1999. Madapangga Nature Park is included in the Toffo Rompu RTK 65 forest group of 232 ha with a functional limit of 2.7 Km. |

Topology&Geology |
The topographical condition of Madapangga nature park is generally hilly with a slope of 15-40% especially in the east and south. The slope level is rather steep (15-25%) with an area of ± 127 ha and steep (25-40%) with an area of ± 85 ha.Only about ± 20 ha from this area is relatively flat that is at the location of the water source located in the northern part of the highway and the eastern part of the area bordering the rice fields and moor communities. The Madapangga nature park is cleaved by the Bima-Dompu highway with an area of ± 58 ha north and the southern 174 ha. Geological formations in Madapangga natural park consists of sedimentary rocks and volcanic rocks / recent volcanic, alluvials are found along the Madapangga nature park area in the northern part of the highway of Dompu and Bima regencies, while in the southern part there are many steep hills encountered kind of mediterran. |

Identification | flora that is in it are: type Rondu / Bungur (Lagerstroemia speciosa), Sengon (Albizzia chinensis), Soka (Ardisia javanica). There are also banyan plants (ficus benjamina) that have strong roots and stringy as water catchers, and these plants are the habitat of various species of birds.
In the southern part of the region is dominated by P.javanicum, S.oleosa, Schoutenia ovate and F.benjamina. The northern part is dominated by P.javanicum, T.indica, S.mahagoni, Terminalia catappa, S.ovata and endemic tree species namely S.ligustrina which has the efficacy of malarial medicine.
