Note | The Black Water Nature Tourism Area was appointed by the Ministry of Forestry in 1985 based on Decree No.383/Kpts-II/1985 dated 27 December 1985, has been definitively defined and then reappointed by Minister of Forestry Decree No.420/Kpts-II/1999 dated 15 June 1999 and has been stipulated by the Minister of Forestry with SK stipulation as Black Water Nature Park Number 109/MENHUT-II/2011 Date 18 March 2011 with Area: 433 Ha. This area is known as the natural habitat of sea turtles laying eggs. The location of turtle nesting around the beach ipuh up to the beach market cushion is located in 3 locations namely: Muara Air Retak, Muara Air Hitam and Muara Air Teramang. |

Identification | This area is included in coastal forests dominated by Sea and Waru species and mangrove forests are dominated by Rhizoporaceace plants.
